About

Emmi & Sons Inc. is a third generation 300-acre fruit and vegetable farm. Anthony Emmi started the farm during WWII. Incorporated in 1961, the main operation has been located in Baldwinsville since 1994. The main farm consists of a packing facility, greenhouses, maintenance shop, and more. Major crops raised for wholesale and the fresh market from June till November are: berries, sweet corn, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, apples, and more.

Emmi & Sons Inc. uses micro-irrigation for conservation of water, fertilizer, fuel, and pesticides. Integrated pest management practices reduce environmental impact and improve the soil. Good Agricultural Practices are used, and a Food Safety Plan is followed to produce the safest food possible. Emmi & Sons is committed to raising and delivering high quality, safe, fruit and vegetable crops for customers as well as taking care of the environment we live and work in.
