About

The Engst, Huysman and Bossard Families own and operate Barbland Dairy in Fabius NY. The farm cares for 2,300 cows, 1,800 youngstock and 5,000 acres while providing jobs for over 45 people. The majority of the farm’s milk is sold to Chobani to be made into yogurt. At the farm you will be able to see a modern sustainable dairy farm that focuses on the care of their cows, the health of their soils and the wellbeing of their employees.
