Local 315 Brewing Company

Fawn Crossing Hops Farm was started in 2011, and is located right on the grounds of Local 315 Brewing Company. They have had several successful harvests and are brewing with their own locally grown hops.

Fawn Crossing Hops Farm grows several varieties of hops right on our farm to use in our craft creations – keeping it local in the 315.

The farm is also harvesting honey from their bees, and eggs from their chickens. They also have sheep and goats – and then there’s Sanchez the donkey! Come meet them yourself!
